Challenge

Makora had world-class technical depth, but the company did not yet look, sound, or feel like a serious platform. The story was fragmented, the positioning was unclear, and the website failed to communicate credibility to customers or investors. The product itself worked, but the UI and UX felt assembled rather than designed, creating friction in demos and sales conversations. There was no analytics foundation, which meant the team lacked visibility into what was resonating, what was breaking, or where to focus next. Makora did not need polish or incremental fixes. They needed a foundational reset that aligned brand, product, and narrative into a single, coherent company that could scale.

Solution

Maximize partnered with Makora and our design partner, PrettyClever, to rebuild the company from the ground up, aligning brand, product, and narrative into a single, cohesive system. We clarified Makora’s story and positioning, then translated that foundation across every surface area, including the website, product UI and UX, analytics, and external communications. The work focused on creating coherence and credibility, not hype. Every decision was anchored in making Makora easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to sell. The result was a company that finally reflected the sophistication of its technology and was equipped with the systems and clarity needed to scale.
